The holistic package

Personal training
Based on a fitness assessment and your goals I create a fully customized program that challenges you every day while learning about yourself and your body. Every body (literally) is different so I will focus on the areas that require the most attention. I will guide you through the exercises and build it up using the Optimum Performance Training (OPT) Model.

This means we are going to stabilize your joints first, then we move onto building strength and then focus on developing power. This system enables you to prevent injuries and build your strength up in a safe and fun way.

Functional training is at the center of my training, so think of squats, lunges and dead-lifts, free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls and more! You prefer to work on the machines? I got your back too, but will definitely give you advice on how to incorporate functional movements as well in your workout.

What are you gonna get as a result?

Not just a body that looks good, but a body that is strong, healthy, is in balance and is able to run up the stairs without any limitations. Life should be lived with ease so book your session and let's make it easier for you too!

Nutritional advice
Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all. our body is unique, and your path to health should be too. That’s why our approach is rooted in the principles of bioindividuality—recognizing that everyone’s nutritional needs are different. Whether you’re looking to boost energy, improve digestion, or achieve a healthier weight, we provide tailored advice to meet your goals.

Habits change and Health Coaching
Creating healthy habits are key to supporting your lifestyle changes. My background in health promotion and public health enables me to use theory-based tools and techniques to help you understand and change your habits. Additionally I am a certified Tiny Habits coach which is a model that was developed by B.J.Fogg, Behavior Scientist, Stanford University.

According to the Tiny Habits model, the key to creating lasting change is to start small and make it easy for people to implement changes into their daily schedules.

Using this model is easy and fun, and you will notice quickly how your behaviors can turn into habits (become automatic) in a relatively short period of time. So which of your behaviors are you ready and committed to change?

Health coaching will help you to understand your own underlying behaviors, values and other factors that might influence your choices.

I am here to ask you the right questions, to challenge you and to be your accountability partner.

Are you ready to start your journey?
